By using this website you agree to these terms, together with our privacy policy and cookie policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.

2. Using this website

This site provides general information, guides, and planning tools about relocating to Serbia. Please use it lawfully: don't misuse it, disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or try to breach its security. Our tools give rough, illustrative estimates for planning only - they are not quotes, and nothing on the site is legal, tax, or immigration advice.

3. Guidance and introductions

Relocate to Serbia is a relocation guidance and lead-generation brand. We publish research, guides, and tools, and we help you understand your options. When you ask to proceed, we introduce you to our in-country delivery partner - a licensed business-services firm in Novi Beograd - who provides the hands-on residence, company-formation, banking, real-estate, tax, and administrative services.

Those services are delivered under a separate written agreement directly between you and the delivery partner. That agreement - not this website - governs the service itself, including its scope, fees, and deliverables. See our affiliate disclosure for how this relationship works and how we're compensated.

4. Enquiries and engagement

Making an enquiry or booking a call does not by itself create a service contract or guarantee that your case will be accepted. An engagement begins only when you and the delivery partner agree its scope in writing. Work outside that scope is agreed separately before it starts.

5. Fees and payment

Using this website is free. Service fees are quoted by the delivery partner before any work begins and set out in your agreement with them. Government charges, translations, apostilles, and other third-party costs are usually additional unless stated otherwise. We do not charge you for introducing you - see our affiliate disclosure.

6. Your responsibilities

To help things go smoothly, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and valid documents.
• Respond to requests promptly and meet any deadlines set by authorities.
• Use the site and our guidance only for lawful purposes.

Delays or inaccuracies on your side may affect timelines and outcomes.

7. Limitations and no guarantees

The information and tools on this site are provided "as is", for general guidance, without warranties of any kind. We can't guarantee any specific outcome - approvals of visas, permits, accounts, and applications are decided by the relevant authorities and institutions, not by us. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions outside our control, for the acts of third parties, or for any loss arising from reliance on general information on this site.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

8. Intellectual property

The content on this site - text, design, images, and tools - belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may use it for your own relocation planning, but you may not republish, resell, or systematically copy it without our permission.

9. Third-party links and embeds

We sometimes link to external websites or embed third-party tools (for example, an embedded map or a scheduling widget). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or their own terms and privacy practices.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and disputes relating to them are subject to the competent courts in Belgrade. This does not affect any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
