Affiliate disclosure
How we're compensated, and our relationship with the in-country team that delivers the services described on this site. Plain language, no small print.
Last updated: 10 July 2026
1. Our relationship with our delivery partner
Relocate to Serbia is a relocation guidance and lead-generation brand. We publish original research, guides, tools, and country-specific advice, and we help you understand your options for moving to Serbia. When you're ready to proceed, the hands-on legal, tax, company-formation, banking, and administrative work described on this site is carried out by our in-country delivery partner, a licensed business-services firm based in Belgrade.
We are not the same legal entity as our delivery partner. We are the marketing and lead-generation channel; they are the team that files your paperwork, sits with you at the bank, and represents your case to the relevant authorities.
2. How we're paid
When an enquiry that reaches us through this website results in a paying client, our delivery partner pays us a referral commission, calculated as a percentage of the revenue they realise from that engagement. This is a standard affiliate / referral-fee arrangement, comparable to how many professional-services marketplaces and comparison sites operate.
- We do not invoice you directly for referring you.
- We do not receive payment from every enquiry - only from enquiries that become paying engagements.
- The commission is paid by our delivery partner out of their own revenue, not added on top of your invoice.
3. Why this doesn't change what you pay
Our commission is a share of revenue our delivery partner already earns from delivering your service - it is not an extra fee charged to you, and it does not inflate the price you're quoted. You pay the same service fees whether you found us through search, a referral, or word of mouth.
4. Editorial independence
The commission arrangement doesn't buy favourable coverage. Our guides, comparisons, tools, and recommendations reflect our own research and on-the-ground experience - including telling you when Serbia, or a particular route, isn't the right fit for you. We'd rather give you an honest answer than push a conversion.
5. Not legal or tax advice
Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, or immigration advice. Rules change and every case differs - for advice you can rely on, speak with us or a qualified professional about your circumstances.
6. Accuracy and currency
We work to keep information accurate and current, but requirements, fees, and timelines change, and we can't warrant that everything here is complete or up to date at the moment you read it.
7. No guarantee of outcome
Approvals - of visas, permits, accounts, and applications - are decided by the relevant authorities and institutions, not by us or our delivery partner. Files are prepared carefully, but no particular result can be guaranteed.
