• Our in-country delivery partner - the licensed business-services firm in Novi Beograd that carries out the legal, tax, company-formation, banking, and administrative work, once you ask to proceed.
• Service providers who help us run the site and business - hosting, email, scheduling, and analytics - acting on our instructions under confidentiality and data-processing terms.
• Authorities, banks, notaries, or translators where completing your service requires it, and with your knowledge.
• Others where required by law, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Our team and our delivery partner are based in Serbia. Where your data is processed outside your home country, we take steps to make sure it stays protected to a comparable standard, relying on appropriate safeguards where the law requires them.

6. Retention

We keep your information only as long as we need it. If your enquiry doesn't become an engagement, we typically hold it for up to 24 months from your last contact and then delete or anonymise it - unless you ask us to remove it sooner. If you become a client, records connected to the service are kept for as long as the engagement and any legal, tax, or accounting obligations require.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures - access controls, encryption in transit, and vetted providers - to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we work to keep the risk low and to respond quickly if a problem arises.
