Privacy policy
How we collect, use, and protect the information you share when you enquire about relocating to Serbia - written in plain language, and aligned to Serbia's data-protection law and the GDPR.
Last updated: 10 July 2026
1. What we collect
When you contact us, book a consultation, or use a tool on this site, we collect the information you choose to give us, plus a limited amount collected automatically so the site works and stays secure.
Information you give us:
- Your name and contact details (email, phone).
- Details about your situation - nationality, current country, family circumstances, and the service you're interested in.
- Messages and any documents you send us as part of an enquiry.
Information collected automatically:
- Your IP address, approximate location, browser and device type.
- Pages viewed, the site that referred you, and similar usage data, gathered through cookies and analytics (see our cookie policy).
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. Please don't send us a minor's details without a parent or guardian's involvement.
2. How we use it
We use your information to:
- Answer your questions, schedule consultations, and stay in touch about your enquiry.
- Assess your options and prepare tailored guidance for your move.
- Where you ask to proceed, introduce your enquiry to our in-country delivery partner so they can deliver the service you've requested.
- Operate, secure, and improve this website and our tools.
- Where you've agreed, send you relevant updates you can opt out of at any time.
We never sell your personal data, and we don't share it for third-party advertising.
3. Legal basis
We only process your data where we have a lawful basis to do so. Depending on the situation, that is:
- Your consent - for example, marketing emails or non-essential cookies (you can withdraw it at any time).
- Taking steps you request before a contract - handling your enquiry and connecting you with the right service.
- Our legitimate interests - running, securing, and improving our service and responding to you, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligations - where the law requires us to keep or disclose certain records.
For visitors in Serbia we process personal data under Serbia's Law on Personal Data Protection; for visitors in the EU/EEA, under the GDPR. Both give you the rights set out below.
5. International transfers
Our team and our delivery partner are based in Serbia. Where your data is processed outside your home country, we take steps to make sure it stays protected to a comparable standard, relying on appropriate safeguards where the law requires them.
6. Retention
We keep your information only as long as we need it. If your enquiry doesn't become an engagement, we typically hold it for up to 24 months from your last contact and then delete or anonymise it - unless you ask us to remove it sooner. If you become a client, records connected to the service are kept for as long as the engagement and any legal, tax, or accounting obligations require.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures - access controls, encryption in transit, and vetted providers - to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we work to keep the risk low and to respond quickly if a problem arises.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- Access a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your data where we no longer need it.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Receive your data in a portable format, or withdraw a consent you've given.
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below and we'll respond within the timeframe the law requires. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority - in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection; in the EU/EEA, your local data-protection authority.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our service or the law changes. The version in force and its date are always shown at the top of this page, and we'll highlight any significant change here.
